NC3ADL members are proud to announce NCCCS President Ralls as the keynote speaker Tuesday A.M. February 17, 2009. President Ralls' emphasizes going green and green technologies. Therefore, in the spirit of conservation, the conference is "going green." We are providing "green" conference bags and cutting back on paper and packaged items.

NC3ADL regrets that no refunds can be provided after January 15 (30 days prior to the NC3ADL conference start date) because conference fees have already been encumbered for support of conference events.
